Shake before use. Adults including elderly: 2 sprays into each nostril regularly each morning, may be reduced to 1 spray into each nose if symptoms are controlled. Do not use continuously for more than 1 month without consulting your doctor. Do not use in children and adolescents under 18 years. Do not use more than 2 sprays in each nostril in a day. Do not use if you are taking HIV medicines. Do not store above 30°C. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Keep bottle in an upright position. Use within 2 months of opening. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
