This conflicting information triggers the nausea we associate with travel sickness. The active substance in Kwells Kids tablets is hyoscine hydrobromide. Hyoscine hydrobromide temporarily reduces the effect of movement on the balance organs of the inner ear and the nerves responsible for nausea.
