Place the pack flat in the microwave oven, making sure the gel is evenly distributed. 2. Heat as per the timings in the table. Once complete, remove the pack and check for any splits or leakages. Make sure to knead the pack evenly to distribute the heat. 3. If additional heat is required, return to the microwave for a further 20 seconds, making sure to knead the pack after. GUIDANCE ONLY - DO NOT OVERHEAT. DO NOT HEAT FROM FROZEN Hot Water: Bring water to the boil; remove from heat and immerse the hot\/cold pack for approx 4-10 minutes. Check after the first 4 mins, then every 1 minute until the correct temperature has been reached.
