It also helps to soothe and protect your irritated nasal lining.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e##accordion-item-end##\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e##accordion-item-start##\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003eHow To Use\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTalk to your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you have:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e• elevated pressure inside the eye (glaucoma)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e• a metabolic disorder called porphyria\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e• an enlarged prostate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e• inadequate blood flow to the heart due to narrowing of the arteries (occlusive vascular disease)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e• long-term inflammation of the lining of the nose (chronic rhinitis)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e• a rare heart condition called long QT syndrome.  Using the spray wrongly, or using too much, can cause side effects (see section 4 of the leaflet). Using the spray for too long or at too high a dose may cause swelling and possibly damage the lining of the nose. This can also lead to ‘rebound congestion'.
