Numark Multipurpose Thermometer
The Numark Multipurpose Thermometer is easy to read and features a flexible measuring tip for comfort and safety, perfect for use on babies and small children. Ideal for general and first aid use on all the family, both at home and when travelling.
The thermometer has an audible 'beep' when the final temperature is reached and an audible fever alert sound if a high temperature is detected. The last memory function displays the last reading taken when switched on. It also has a replaceable long life non-mercury battery (included) and an auto off function to conserve the battery power. The thermometer is waterproof and is ideal for quick oral, rectal and axillary temperature measurements. Measurement accuracy: ± 0.1 • C.

The British Medical Association recommends that the value that represents normal body temperature is 37°C. However, there is a variation between individuals. A child's normal temperature may vary between 36°C and 37.5°C. If a child's temperature goes over 39°C or remains above normal for more than two days seek medical advice.
