These terms and conditions (Terms) set out the legally binding terms of your use of the Shopify eCommerce website for Rowlands Pharmacy (the “Website”) and the various services contained within (the “Services”). These are in addition to our general to our privacy policy.

We reserve the right to change, update, or add to these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will take effect upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website following changes to these terms and conditions confirms your acceptance. Registration
2.1 In order to place an order through the Shop you are required to register for an account. By registering for an account, you will be required to provide personal information. All information that you provide to us must be true, accurate, and up to date.

2.3 We are not obligated to accept every registration request and reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if your continued use is deemed to breach the Terms or is in any other way deemed detrimental to us or other users.
Use of Website
3.1 You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary arrangements to access our website.
3.2 We do not guarantee full and uninterrupted availability of the Website via an internet connection.
3.3 Rowlands Pharmacy will not be liable for any disruptions to the Website’s availability in any circumstances.
3.4 As a registered user you have a limited, revocable, personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable right to access and use the Website, subject to our Terms and Conditions.

4.1 You solely responsible for keeping their username, password, and any other security credentials confidential, and agree not to disclose them to any other person or entity.
4.2 You agree to promptly inform us if your username, password, or security credentials are lost or stolen.

5.1 We reserve the right to disable any username, password, or other security credential and deny access to the Website at any time, for any reason or no reason.
Ordering and acceptance of Orders
6.1 Your order is an offer to buy goods or services from us on these terms.
6.2 Confirmation that your order has been successfully submitted is not confirmation of the acceptance of your order
6.3 Acceptance of your order by us takes place when we send you an order confirmation email, at which point a legally binding contract is formed between you and us on these terms.
6.4 We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason prior to acceptance.
6.5 Certain products may be subject to quantity limits, and we will not fulfil orders exceeding these quantities.
6.6 If we accept an order that we are unable to fulfil for reasons including but not limited to items being out of stock, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

Patient Safety Section
7.1 When ordering medicinal products from us, you will be asked to answer several questions to help us ensure that you are getting the appropriate item for your needs. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for our data processing policies.
7.2 It is your responsibility to answer these questions as accurately and as fully as possible. You will also be asked to confirm and agree that you have fully read and understood the product information and the guidance on the medicine’s use provided.
7.3 It is important that you take the time to read this information and that you contact us if you have any queries using the details - shop@rowlandspharmacy.co.uk.
7.4 By ordering medicinal products from this website you also confirm and agree that you will not abuse or misuse any medicinal product purchased from this site.
7.5 To ensure the safety of our patients, anyone placing orders via the Rowlands Online Shop for medicines and other restricted items must be 18 years or over.
7.6 In circumstances where medication or age restricted items are ordered, you may be asked to verify your identity by providing a form of ID. The ID will be required to provide confirmation of the name of the person placing and receiving the order and their age.
7.7 We will not be liable for any incorrect product recommended or purchased based on false information provided by you.
7.8 All prices on this website are in GB pounds and include VAT where applicable unless expressly stated otherwise.
7.9 We shall endeavour to ensure that all pricing is accurate and correct. In the event that an error may occur, we reserve the right to remove and not fulfil any orders placed where the price is incorrect.
7.10 Customer discount codes may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or on medicated products unless stated otherwise.
7.11 We shall retain records of transactions for 2 years. Details of orders for pharmacy medication requests will be held for up to 8 years to ensure patient safety is retained.
Delivery Information
8.1 Delivery available for the UK only. Deliveries are made via Royal Mail, you will receive a notification from Royal Mail on the day of your delivery.
8.2 Deliveries will be made the address provided when you place your order via the Rowlands Shop.
8.5 Any orders that are delayed by more than 5 days, will allow the option for cancellation of the order by contacting us via telephone or email at shop@rowlandspharmacy.co.uk.
8.6 Once the order is dispatched, an email will be sent to you including a link to track the shipping of your order via Royal Mail.
8.7 Rowlands shall not be liability for parcels once they leave the shop and are in the possession of Royal Mail for delivery.

9.1 We cannot guarantee the precise timing of delivery.
9.2 We do not take any responsibility for delays once the products have been dispatched from our warehouse.
9.3 All orders from this website are traceable and will require a signature upon delivery.
Returns Policy
10.1 You may have the right to return, for a refund, items that are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality when they arrive with you. For detailed information please visit the Citizens Advice website or call 03454 04 05 06. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights. If you believe any of the items you have ordered are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality when they arrive with you, please contact us at shop@rowlandspharmacy.co.uk.
10.2 Items must be returned to us unopened, unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will process for refund.
10.3 Refunds will take 5-7 working days from receipt of the returned goods to be processed (dependant on your card provider) and credited to the card you paid with.
10.4 We shall not issue refunds if you change your mind, damage or misuse the item, or you have purchased reduced or sale items.

Force Majeure
11.1 Any event beyond the reasonable control of the Shop, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, governmental actions, and interruptions in supply chains that disrupts the delivery of your order for more than 14 days, will automatically entitle the Customer to cancel the order and receive a refund.
Governing Law
12.1 This Website and the terms contained within, and any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, it, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
