Movicol Ease Powder for Oral Solution Sachets Citrus is an osmotic laxative formulated to provide effective relief from occasional constipation in adults aged 18 years and over. Each sachet contains macrogol 3350 with electrolytes, helping to soften stools and support comfortable bowel movements.

The easy-to-use powder dissolves in water to create a pleasant citrus-flavoured oral solution. Movicol Ease works naturally by increasing the water content in the bowel, helping stool pass more easily while maintaining the body's natural electrolyte balance.

With convenient single-dose sachets, Movicol Ease is ideal for use at home or when travelling and can help restore regularity as part of a healthy digestive routine. Always use as directed and read the enclosed patient information leaflet before use.

For adults aged 18 years and above, including pregnant and breastfeeding women (see below), the dose is 1-3 sachets per day: Dissolve one sachet in 125ml (1/4 pint) of water, 1-3 times per day.
This should be taken in divided doses throughout the day, according to the severity of your constipation.
Reconstituted solution: Store covered in a refrigerator (2°C -8°C) for up to 6 hours.

This medicine is not recommended for children under 18 years of age.
For oral use only.

Speak to your doctor or pharmacist if:
- you are pregnant or breastfeeding
- you are taking any other medicines
- your constipation needs treatment for longer than 5 days
- you have persistent abdominal pain or are passing blood.
Do not take if a doctor says you have a blockage in your gut (intestinal obstruction), a hole in your gut wall, a disease causing severe inflammation of the gut (inflammatory gastrointestinal disorder), or if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to.
Treatment with Movicol Ease Citrus Flavour usually lasts for about 5 days.
When regular bowel movements return, use fewer doses per day and usually treatment can be stopped.
