Ibuprofen is a painkiller that helps relieve pain and reduce swelling (inflammation). headaches and migraines

How To Use
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 tablets (1200mg) in 24 hours. Take with food or milk to reduce the risk of stomach upset. Do not use for more than 10 days unless advised by a doctor.
