Helps to stop a mild non-specific cough
Adults: One 5 ml spoonful taken 3-4 times daily. Children: Not recommended.
DO NOT use Simple Linctus Sugar Free if you: are allergic to citric acid or any of the other ingredients in this medicine. Tell your doctor if you are taking other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription. Pregnancy and breast-feeding: Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking the Linctus during pregnancy or if you are breast-feeding. Driving and using machines: The Linctus has no effect on your ability to drive or use machines. This Linctus contains: Small amounts of ethanol (alcohol), less than 100 mg per 5 ml dose Maltitol liquid (E965). If you have been told you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicine.
Citric acid monohydrate 125 mg/5 ml equivalent to 114.29 mg/5 ml anhydrous citric acid.
