    O.R.S contains a great-tasting electrolyte mix which replenishes the body's fluid levels when added to water. O.R.S Hydration Tablets follow the world health organisation guidelines for low osmolarity.

  • How To Use

    How to use O.R.S:
    For general hydration as required, dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of water, and drink.
    3-6 years: Drink 10ml of dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips.
    Sports & Exercise: Dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml water. Drink before, during and after exercise.

    Once prepared, use O.R.S solution within 8 hours, 24 hours if refrigerated.

  • Safety Information

    Tablets should be stored below 25°C, away from heat and moisture. Keep out of the sight and reach of young children. Keep the tube tightly closed. Do not use after the best before date (see base).

    Consuming more than the recommended daily intake may be harmful. Adults should not use more than 24 tablets in 24 hours, and children should not use more than 10 tablets in 24 hours, in accordance with the instructions. Food supplements should not be used to replace a well-balanced diet.
