How To Use

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with breakfast.
Intake can be increased to 2 capsules a day if desired, or professionally directed.
Can be used on an ongoing basis.
Suitable from 4 years onwards. For those unable to swallow capsules, open and mix contents with cold, non-acidic drinks/food.
