Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil Max Strength contains 3X more Omega-3. It also contains vitamin D & E. This product can be taken on its own or mixed with either milk or fruit juice.
How To Use
Adults (15+): 2×5ml teaspoons daily with food. Children (11–15): 1×5 ml daily with food. Shake well; can be mixed with juice/milk.
Safety Information
